It creates the database, deploys the latest WordPress, writes a secure wp-config.php and runs the setup, so you finish with a working admin login. Downloading and extracting run on your own server, so it is fast and works even before the domain’s DNS is pointed.

Works with a cPanel account (API token or password) or a DirectAdmin account (password or login key). For the safest setup, use a token / login key you can revoke afterwards.
